Established in 1988, Colonial Property Management has been serving Fort Cavazos FKA Fort Hood, Bell County, and Travis County for over 36 years. Colonial Property Management is one of the largest property management firms in the area. Family owned and operated business with strong ties to the Military. Owner, Robert Autry is a Military Veteran as well as most of our devoted staff are either prior military or spouses of military. With three generations of our family invested in the daily running of Colonial Property Management, we epitomize the term "family owned & operated".

Ethan Autry

Our primary focus is ensuring that our clients continually feel like a priority and that our business is operating in accordance with our faith.

Ethan Autry was raised in property management and had his Real Estate License before graduating high school. Our business has now grown to become one of the largest Property Management Firms in Central Texas proudly serving over 1,200 Landlords.

Ethan's primary focus is finding ways our company can positively impact the lives of Central Texas Landlords. While the Property Management Industry is becoming increasingly self-focused, we remain client-driven.

Tonya Autry

Ms. Tonya's primary focus is customer service, Tonya's hands on approach with both tenants and homeowner's keep our clients happy and informed. Colonial maintains one of the highest tenant retention rates in our area. Married to Robert for over 30 years, She works tirelessly to assure our family business stays strong for the next generation.

Robert L Autry III

Mr. Robert over sees the daily operation of his family business. After a lengthy career in Aviation, retiring with a perfect safety record, after 25 years, his level of attention to detail is unmatched. Mr. Robert also over sees the Maintenance Department, making himself personally accessible to both tenants and homeowners.

Cullen Autry

Raised in the property management business, Cullen Autry has extensive experience in the inspections process of rentals. Using the best in industry software along with his knowledge of the industry, he heads our inspections team. While keeping our inspections department on task, overseeing vendor maintenance and more, his diligence and focus helps Colonial Property Management maintain a standard of quick turnarounds and less downtime for our investors.

Collections Manager

Jenifer T.

Ms. Jenifer manages our collections department. While working closely with our homeowners and tenants, she makes sure investors are updated while delinquent tenants are making and keeping payment arrangements. We are proud to say, we have one of the lowest eviction rates in Bell County. Ms. Jenifer also files and maintains past tenant collections, turning over past due accounts over to 3rd party collections and making sure debts reflect on all 3 major credit bureaus.
